What is UV Printer?

UV printing is one of the most widely used printing solutions at present, which can print acrylic Glass. Leather. PVC sheet.Wall panels. Metal plates Stationery, phone cases. vacuum cup. Plastic. handicrafts.etc. a series of products 

It is also a universal printer at present,  which is replacing traditional screen printing gradually. UV printing products have rich colors, high image restoration, and low defect rate in the production process. Digital UV printing eliminates complex and cumbersome processes such as plate making, and only requires images for real-time printing. For workers, they only need to know how to use computers, which is very convenient.

Our company’s UV printers mainly include entry-level small size UV flatbed printers and industrial large format UV printers.

For our entry-level small size UV flatbed printers, the printing sizes have A3 A2 A1 A0 6090 1016 UV flatbed printers, and Epson XP600/TX800/I1600/I3200 heads can be optional. The color can be CMYK+W+V 

 And our industrial large format UV printers have 2513  2030 3220 2040  UV flatbed printers and 1.8m/2.5m/3.2m UV hybrid printers, which can print board materials and roll to roll materials together . And industrial UV printers use brand UMC control system, which can detect material height automatically and continue printing after power failure. The drawing RIP software uses American PP, and the equipment adopts THK guide rails. The Y-axis uses Japanese imported motors, and the X-axis uses imported magnetic levitation motors. The hardening platform has multiple adjustable support points for higher accuracy. The carriage is equipped with universal anti-collision function to better protect the nozzle. The positioning accuracy of  imported metal grating is high, which improves the printing quality. The Y-axis dual screw rod drive continuously prints without errors, and the The UV printing machines adopt Ricoh G5/G6/Konica 1024A nozzles,which has a long service life and high accuracy.
